We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all first-time subscribers. No questions asked. If you're not satisfied with ReputeGrow for any reason, simply request a refund within 14 days of your first payment, and we'll process a full refund.

This guarantee applies to your first subscription payment only and is designed to give you enough time to thoroughly evaluate our Service and ensure it meets your business needs.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Annual subscriptions: Within 14 days of purchase (prorated refund may apply after 14 days for exceptional cases)
  • Service issues: Documented technical problems that we couldn't resolve
  • Billing errors: Incorrect charges or duplicate payments

❌ Not Eligible for Refund

  • Renewals: Subscription renewals beyond the first payment
  • Partial periods: After the 14-day guarantee period has expired
  • Terms violations: Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service
  • Change of mind: After using the Service beyond the 14-day guarantee period
  • Free trial: No payment required during the free trial, so no refund applies

How to Request a Refund

Step 1: Contact Support

Send an email to support@reputegrow.com with the subject line "Refund Request"

Include your account email address and subscription details in your request.

Step 2: Verification

Our support team will verify your subscription status and eligibility. This typically takes 1-2 business days.

Step 3: Refund Processing

Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund has been initiated.

Refund Processing Times

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days (may take up to 10 days depending on your bank)
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Other payment methods: Processing times may vary; our support team will provide details

Note: ReputeGrow processes refunds immediately upon approval. The time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on your financial institution's processing times.

Subscription Cancellation

Canceling your subscription is different from requesting a refund. When you cancel:

  • You retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period
  • No future charges will be made
  • No refund is provided for the unused portion of your subscription (unless within the 14-day guarantee period)
  • You can cancel anytime from your account settings

To cancel your subscription without requesting a refund, simply go to your account settings and click "Cancel Subscription."

Billing Errors and Disputes

If you notice an incorrect charge or billing error:

  • Contact us immediately at billing@reputegrow.com
  • Provide transaction details and describe the issue
  • We will investigate and resolve billing errors within 2-3 business days
  • Confirmed billing errors will be refunded in full

Enterprise Plan Refunds

Enterprise plans have custom pricing and terms. Refund policies for Enterprise customers are specified in your individual service agreement. Please contact your dedicated account manager or our sales team at sales@reputegrow.com for any refund-related questions.

Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team.

Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension and permanent ban from our Service.We take chargebacks seriously and will provide all necessary documentation to your financial institution to dispute fraudulent claims.
