ReputeGrow provides a SaaS platform for managing online reviews from Google Business Profile and Facebook Pages. Our Service includes:
To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required to start your trial. After the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.
We offer monthly and annual subscription plans. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing. Any price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. Existing subscribers will be grandfathered at their current rate for the duration of their current billing cycle.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. Failed payments may result in service suspension until payment is received.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. No questions asked.

You retain all rights to your business data, reviews, and responses. By using our Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
AI-generated review responses are provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all responses before they are posted. We are not liable for the content of AI-generated responses.
Our Service integrates with third-party services including Google Business Profile, Facebook, and others. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any third-party services or their availability.
We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReputeGrow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
